Realm Recruit is assisting a specialist Manchester firm seeking a senior Serious Injury Solicitor to focus on high‑quality, low‑volume, high‑impact work in traumatic brain injury. You’ll manage around five complex cases, with time to understand clients and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years PQE in Serious/Catastrophic Injury.
• Multi-track serious or catastrophic injury experience.
• Experience dealing with complex causation.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value matters.
• TBI experience.
• Clinical negligence lawyers with transferable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing around 5 high‑value cases.
• Handling complex TBI claims.
