Job summary

Realm Recruit is representing a senior Serious Injury Solicitor for a Manchester-based practice, offering a £65,000–£75,000 salary plus a team performance bonus. The role focuses on high‑value, complex cases with a clear pathway to leadership, and a flexible working setup that may include remote contracts for suitable candidates.

You will manage around five high‑value TBI disputes, with opportunities to progress into senior leadership as the firm expands.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years' PQE in serious injury law.
• Strong multi-track serious or catastrophic injury experience.
• Experience dealing with complex causation.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to work on complex schedules.
• Excellent client relationship skills and empathy.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value matters.
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach.
• TBI experience (preferred) or clinical negligence transferable experience.

Responsibilities
