Qualifications

• Strong background in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Experience handling catastrophic injury claims from inception through to conclusion.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value catastrophic injury claims including brain and spinal injuries, amputations and complex cases.
• Manage own caseload while collaborating with partners and senior lawyers.
• Engage with insurers and corporate clients to advance matters and settlements.
