EQ Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Team Leader) at Cedar Lodge in Whitchurch-on-Thames. You will lead the care team, build relationships with residents, and support a warm, person‑centred home environment. The role runs 8am–8pm and offers pro rata pay with a focus on staff wellbeing.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, have strong communication skills, and be flexible and compassionate. The home emphasizes team collaboration and resident happiness.
