Nightingale Homecare is seeking a Senior Carer to join the Beccles & Bungay team. The role combines office-based responsibilities with community duties, including spot checks, medication competencies, client assessments, and care plan reviews.

You will lead and support the care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. On-call one night a week and one weekend in four are included with additional pay for community shifts.

• Carry out spot checks and medication competencies with staff.
• Carry out new client assessments and existing client care plan reviews.
• Mix office-based and community-based duties as part of the role.
• Provide guidance and support to carers and lead by example.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
