Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Night Community Lead to oversee resident care in our residential care homes. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants and Senior Carers, train staff, delegate duties on shift, and support medication administration, care plan reviews and risk assessments.

• Senior-level care experience with supervision responsibility and clinical care for older people.
• Ability to supervise and train a team of Care Assistants and Senior Carers on shift.
• Willingness to undertake assessor qualification and further training.
