Job summary

BCG is hiring a Senior Carer to support a clinical team and deliver person-centred care to residents. You will supervise Carers, assist with medication and care plans, and help with daily activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life for residents.

Applicants should have SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in dementia care preferred. PVG checks and eligibility to work in the UK are required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing and communication skills.
• Experience in person-centred care planning; dementia care knowledge is desirable.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration, assessments, care plans and reviews.
• Supervise and mentor other Carers.
• Support with personal care activities and meals.
