BCG is seeking a Senior Carer to provide person-centred care to residents, supporting physical, psychological and social needs while upholding dignity. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants and work alongside the Nurse on duty to ensure high-quality care.

You will require SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care knowledge. PVG checks and UK work authorization are required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualificações

• Demonstrates compassionate patient care and empathy.
• Clear communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to supervise and support a team of Care Assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medication administration, assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and mentor Care Assistants; support the Nurse on duty.
• Assist residents with personal care, meals, dressing and daily activities.
