Job summary

BCG is recruiting a Senior Carer in the United Kingdom to provide person-centred care, attending to residents' physical, psychological and social needs while maintaining dignity and individuality.

You will lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants, support the clinical team with medication administration, care plans and reviews, and work alongside the Nurse on duty.

A PVG check and the right to work in the UK are required; SVQ/NVQ 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential.

Qualifications

SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience in person-centred care planning."
Knowledge of caring for people with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

Supporting the clinical team with medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
Supervising and mentoring other Carers.
