BCG is recruiting a Senior Carer to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents and to lead a team of Carers. You will support the clinical team with medication administration, assessments, and care reviews while ensuring residents retain dignity and individuality.

Ideally you hold SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with experience in dementia care. The role requires shift flexibility and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualificações

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in person-centred care planning and knowledge of dementia care desirable.
• PVG checks required; sponsorship no longer offered.

Responsabilidades

• Support the clinical team with medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
• Supervise and mentor other Carers.
• Assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and helping with meals.
