Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Lead and support care staff during shifts and ensure care plans are followed.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals as needed and respond to changes in residents' health.
• Complete accurate care records and assist with medication procedures.
