SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and resilient Deputy Manager to support three men living in their own homes. You will provide strong operational leadership and work closely with people who have complex support needs to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager day-to-day, lead by example, coach colleagues and ensure safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement across three homes.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to the following areas of expertise:
• Hold a level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake.
• Statutory guidance & CQC regulations exposure.
• Resilient, calm and able to work under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication and able to produce written reports.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the homes
• Leading, coaching and developing colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes
• Supporting rota management, audits, compliance and quality assurance
• Promoting positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practices
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
• Supporting colleagues during complex or challenging situations
• Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements are met
• Maintaining a visible presence within all three homes
• Supporting people to access activities, appointments and opportunities within their community
