Job summary

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with prior residential care and leadership experience. A warm, compassionate approach and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in a residential care setting with proven team leadership.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving residents individualised care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff, including training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
• Assist with administering and ordering medication and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.
• Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident family members to support wellbeing.
