Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to join our care home team. You will lead a group of care staff, provide on-shift training and supervision, and support with medication administration, resident care plans and risk assessments.

You will liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and families to ensure high-quality, person-centred care. The role offers variety as a Bank position, with hours and days varying to cover leave and sickness.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience leading care staff, with training and supervision responsibilities.
• Warm, compassionate approach with a focus on person-centred care.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise care staff on shift.
• Oversee training and delegating duties to team members.
• Assist with administering and ordering medications and updating care plans.
