Job summary

Libertatem is seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our senior leadership in Wokingham with hybrid working and UK travel. You will drive clinical excellence across complex care services and shape future service delivery.

You will lead governance, ensure safety, supervise clinical teams, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training and Business Development to oversee client journeys from assessment to ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted NMC registration.
• Significant senior clinical leadership experience in complex healthcare or community services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and UK health and social care regulation.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality, risk and sustainable service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a culture of clinical excellence across Libertatem.
• Provide expert clinical advice to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based and person-centred care across all services.
