Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Service Manager for Bannister Brook House and Greenwood Court Extra Care Scheme in Leyland. You will promote a caring environment, ensure high standards of practice, and oversee quality assurance across the service.

You will support the Area Manager with assessments for housing, care and support, develop personalised plans, and manage rosters and on-call duties to cover emergencies and ensure tenant needs are met.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience providing care and support for vulnerable adults.
• Supervisory/management experience with NVQ Level 3, working towards Level 5.
• Good commercial acumen with solid IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a caring environment and ensure high standards of professional practice.
• Oversee compliance with company, local and national standards; monitor, record and report QA activities.
• Assess referrals and develop personalised support plans with relevant agencies and families.
• Prepare rosters to ensure adequate staff coverage and participate in on-call rota.
