Radfield Home Care is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the new service in Northwood, Ruislip & Uxbridge. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth, promote a supportive working environment and ensure high care standards.

You’ll recruit, manage and develop a care team, ensuring quality care and strong client satisfaction across the Northwood region. A full UK driver’s licence is essential for this role and DBS checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the new Radfield Home Care service in Northwood, Ruislip & Uxbridge.
• Drive service success and growth by promoting a positive working environment and maintaining standards and quality.
• Ensure care professionals receive the support they need and clients receive appropriate care.
• Lead recruitment, management and development of the care team with experience in home care.
• Provide leadership across operations, with responsibility for DBS checks and compliance.
