You will ensure safe, person-centred care, oversee staffing, care planning, compliance with CQC standards, and assist with finances and governance. A full UK driving licence and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in domiciliary and/or live-in care is essential.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills required.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Competent with care management software and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Staff Management: supervise, assess competencies, conduct return-to-work interviews, and support staff wellbeing.
• Care Planning: develop and review personalised care plans and complete risk assessments.
• Operations: oversee rotas, manage live-in care packages, and respond to emergencies.
• Financial Administration: process invoices and assist with payroll and wages accuracy.
• Meetings and Communications: attend management meetings and liaise with healthcare professionals.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: maintain CQC compliance and GDPR confidentiality.
