Job summary

Radfield Home Care (UK) is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to manage daily care services across Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks. You will supervise care professionals, conduct visits to review delivery of care, and provide coaching for ongoing development to ensure outstanding service.

The role requires experience in personal care, carer mentoring, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle; age 18+ is required. A DBS check will be part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, working for a home care agency, and mentoring care teams; UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of care services for clients.
• Run visits to review and assess care professionals’ work and provide feedback for training.
• Supervise, support and guide a team of carers on a daily basis.
