Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead a Dudley/Stourbridge service. You will oversee Support Workers, ensuring safety, safeguarding and a person-centred approach aligned with the Mental Capacity Act and CQC standards.

As a leader, you will drive development, supervise teams, and collaborate with families, commissioners and other professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in care management with line management responsibility.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and compliance focus.
• Ability to supervise, train and develop staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading Services: translate organisational vision into daily service delivery and guide teams.
• Shaping Services: assess needs, design packages and oversee staffing and recruitment.
• Delivering Positive Outcomes: drive person-centred care, manage risks, and monitor KPI data while fostering collaboration.
