Qualifications

• Developing leader with desire to progress into a managerial role.
• Experience in Supported Living or Residential service.
• Experience with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions preferable.
• Willingness to undertake further training deemed essential to role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment of new staff and ensure proper induction and training.
• Provide structured supervision to staff and assist with personal reviews.
• Identify areas for training and development.
• Lead staff meetings professionally and constructively.
• Provide or source clinical guidance and leadership under the Service Manager.
• Undertake on-call duties as required and respond to performance issues.
• Monitor attendance and conduct return-to-work interviews.
• Ensure timesheets and annual leave requests are managed correctly.
• Lead the service seven days a week in coordination with colleagues.
