Job summary

Registered Care Manager based at Maidment Court, Poole, is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) within MHA. You will lead professional care delivery to residents across a defined area, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing while building strong partnerships with local care professionals.

You will drive our One MHA strategy, provide coaching to your team and foster a supportive culture with emphasis on continuous improvement, governance and compassionate leadership for older people in later

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting at a senior/supervisory level with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated coaching, mentoring and people-management skills.
• Experience enabling older people to live well and enhancing their wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional delivery of care to residents within a defined geographical area.
• Build strong local partnerships with key care professionals and services.
