Job summary

Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group in Gullane (Muirfield) is seeking an exceptional Principal Care Assistant to join our team on 3 nights per week. Starting rates £17.14 – £19.86 per hour, with overtime at time plus 33%, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality elderly care.

We also offer a flexible bank option across our homes for a better work/life balance, with ongoing training and clear career progression from Care Assistant to Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum care experience in elderly care settings.
• SVQ 3 in social care or equivalent is required for principal role.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities.
