Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group LTD is seeking a Staff Nurse for our Muirfield Nursing Home in Gullane, East Lothian. This permanent role offers full-time, part-time or bank hours. You will lead clinical care, supervise junior staff, and maintain accurate records while ensuring high-quality care for residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 12 months post graduate experience in elderly care (nursing home, hospital or community).
• Experience delivering clinical support for residents with dementia.
• Strong time management and prioritisation of workload for self and team.
• Ability to advise and support internal staff, residents and relatives sensitively.

Aufgaben

• Promote the highest standards of Nursing care within the home.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Supervise and support junior staff through effective leadership.
• In the absence of the Home Manager, delegate daily workload and ensure efficient use of manpower.
• Set a good example in dress, hygiene and behaviour.
• Maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required.
