Job summary

Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group in Holmesview, Broxburn, is seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team. We offer market-leading pay from £14.32 per hour, overtime at time-and-a-third, enhanced sick pay up to six months, and a generous “Recommend a Friend” bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year care experience in elderly setting (nursing home, hospital, or community).
• SVQ 3 essential for Principal Carer post; leadership experience preferred in care.

Responsibilities

• Promote highest standards of care within the home.
• Uphold residents' rights to privacy, dignity and choice.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Adhere to SSSC Code of Conduct.
• Set a good example in dress, manners and behaviour.
• Report injuries or dangerous practices to relevant personnel.
