Job summary

Bluebird Care Redbridge seeks a Senior Care Expert to lead and mentor care teams across Redbridge and surrounding areas. You’ll visit clients, deliver personal care with dignity, and help shape tailored care plans in a fast-paced home-care setting.

With at least 1 year of care experience and a driving licence, you’ll be integral to on-call support, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service and leadership growth for the team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own car, essential for visiting customers across the area.
• At least 1 year of professional care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred, but open to stepping up.
• Compassionate, confident and adaptable personality for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity, promoting independence for clients.
