Bluebird Care Chelmsford is seeking a Senior Care Expert to lead and mentor care teams across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will shape personalised care plans, visit clients, and excel in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

The role offers flexible hours, full-time contracts, and extensive benefits including training and on-going career progression. A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel between visits.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence and own car required for visiting customers.
• At least 1 year of professional care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, confident and adaptable personality.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and support new team members to grow leadership skills.
• Help shape personalised care plans and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in on-call support rota and provide guidance when needed.
• Deliver person-centred care enabling independence and dignity.
