Ashgrove Care Home in Hounslow, West London, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver high quality, person-centred care. You will oversee shifts, assist with medications, monitor wellbeing and maintain records to ensure continuity of care.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised and delivered to a high standard.
• Oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changes.
• Maintain accurate care records and work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
