Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for Augustus Court in Garforth, Leeds. This permanent, full-time role (44 hours per week, includes alternate weekends) offers £13.85 per hour and a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing high-quality care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to support training and supervision of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of care by supporting residents with daily living.
• Support training and supervision of junior staff in the home.
• Assist residents in all care needs and maintain comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents with mobility, use of aids, and enrolment in activities.
• Respond to nurse calls and liaise with staff and GPs.
