AVANTE CARE AND SUPPORT LIMITED is opening Malling Grange, a new luxury care home in Autumn 2026. This Senior Care Lead - Nights (Relief) role involves leading Care Support Assistants, providing hands-on care, and stepping in for senior leadership when needed.

Relief night shifts available at Malling Grange during opening preparations. Initially, positions will be based at Pilgrims View in Snodland before transferring to Malling Grange once the home opens.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• We are seeking compassionate, professional and proactive leaders.
• Ability to lead by example and improve residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
• Support training and development for colleagues.
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Eden Alternative Philosophy.

Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour
Hours: Relief hours available - (Nights)

Join the opening team at Malling Grange, 2 Station Road North, West Malling, ME19 6XF – our brand-new, luxury and personalised care home opening in Autumn 2026.

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology,Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

We are building a passionate founding team who will bring warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every resident’s experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care

• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership


• Support training and development for colleagues

About You
