• You will ideally have an NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a senior care role is desirable.
• Good knowledge of person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, professional and positive approach.
• The ability to support and lead care staff effectively.
• Experience with medication would be highly advantageous.
