Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Lead for Nights at Bridge Haven, Canterbury. You will lead care staff, provide hands-on support, and help run the home during night shifts to ensure high-quality residential care.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a compassionate, proactive approach to improve residents’ lives. Benefits include flexible nights, DBS support, training, and uniform where applicable.
