Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking a Senior Care Lead for the Bridge Haven home. You will lead a care team, provide hands-on support to residents, and manage the home during senior leadership absence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care required (essential).
• Compassionate, professional and proactive approach.

Location: Bridge Haven

Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour

Hours: 44- Full Time - (Nights alternative weekend)
