Avante Care & Support Ltd's Bridge Haven is seeking a Senior Care Lead on a full-time days role with alternative weekends. You will lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, provide hands-on care to residents, and manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, compassionate professionalism, and the ability to lead by example. Pay ranges from £14.72 to £15.22 per hour plus benefits and training opportunities.
