Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking compassionate care staff to support elderly residents in a home setting. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, personal care, moving and handling, and housekeeping, while maintaining residents' dignity.

Required DBS within 6 months or on update service, current safeguarding, infection control and moving and handling certificates, a full CV, and two years of employment history. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 6 months or registered on the update service.
• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates such as Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control and Moving and Handling.
• Full up-to-date CV that we can forward to our client.
• Two year referenceable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities using a person-centred approach.
• Assist with mealtimes and feeding residents if required.
• Deliver hands-on support including personal care, moving and handling, and general housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to senior team members using reporting systems.
