Job summary

Avante Care & Support's Amherst Court in the UK is seeking a Senior Care Lead to mentor staff, deliver person‑centred care, and maintain a warm, supportive home environment during night shifts.

You will lead by example, provide hands‑on care, and ensure high standards in line with the Eden Alternative philosophy while promoting resident wellbeing and staff development.
