Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to look after residents with quality, person-centred care. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Provide person-centred care respecting residents’ dignity and preferences.
