Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to lead a care team in a resident-focused setting. You will supervise shifts, provide on-going training, and help with medication administration and care plan updates.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus experience in a residential care environment and strong decision-making and communication skills.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a care team and delegating duties.
• Ability to implement individualised resident care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of care staff, provide training and supervision on shift.
• Administer and order medications and support medication reviews.
• Review and update resident care plans and risk assessments.
• Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and residents’ families.
