Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Senior Carer to lead a team and empower residents to live active, independent lives within our supportive UK homes.

You will use the Nourish care platform to tailor care plans, deliver outstanding personal and social care, and mentor Care Assistants. This full-time role includes night shifts (8pm–8am), weekends, 48 hours per week, and benefits like 28 days leave, life insurance, pension, DBS, parking, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve.
• Proficiency in medication management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.
• Utilise Nourish to ensure personalised care plans are met.
• Contribute to planning and monitoring resident care, ensuring high standards.
• Support induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.
• Embed Aurem Care values in daily practice.
