Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Senior Carer to lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personal and social care, and ensure residents receive individualized plans. You will support induction and training while upholding our values in every interaction.

The role requires proven senior care experience, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, medication management skills, and excellent communication for teamwork and resident engagement.

• Day shifts: 8am - 8pm on Monday/Tuesday/Saturday and 8am - 2pm on Sunday per week
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
