Job summary

Aurem Care in Preston is seeking an experienced Senior Carer to lead a team and empower residents to live active, independent lives. This role focuses on delivering high-quality personal and social care, while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

You will supervise Care Assistants, support training, and use the Nourish electronic care platform to ensure tailored care plans are followed, maintaining the organisation's values of diversity, integrity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Proficiency in medication management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents.

What You'll Bring

• Pay: £13.33 per hour.
• Full-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
• 48 hours per week available
• Night shifts
• Working pattern: 8pm - 8am
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
