Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Senior Carer to empower residents to live active, independent lives within their homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and deliver personal and social care with compassion.

Using our Nourish platform, you will tailor care plans and contribute to planning and monitoring of resident well-being, while supporting induction and ongoing training. If you have proven Senior Carer experience, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, strong communication, and a genuine

What You\'ll Bring

We\'re looking for dedicated individuals who possess:



  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer.

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).

  • Proficiency in medication management.

What We Offer

  • Pay: £13.70 per hour.

  • Full-time or part-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.

  • 22, 33, 44 hours per week available

  • Day shifts

  • Working pattern: 8am - 8pm

  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
