Job summary

Aurem Care Shared Services Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will deliver high-quality personal care, build relationships and assist with daily activities within a caring team environment.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible contracts and opportunities for progression. A supportive training program and DBS check are provided to ensure excellent care delivery.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Pay: £12.71 per hour

• Flexible contracts of 22, 33, or 44 hours per week

  • 7:00pm – 7:00am
