Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at Hillcrest Care Home, Frodsham. You will lead a team of care staff, deliver personal and social care, and ensure care plans are followed using the Nourish platform.

The role emphasizes empowering residents to live independently, with a focus on training, values, and compassionate service. Nights 8pm–8am, with 24/36 hours options and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Proficiency in medication management.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.
• Utilise Nourish to ensure personalized care plans are met.
• Contribute to planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring high standards.
