Aurem Care invites applications for a Senior Care Assistant (Days) at Hillcrest Care Home, Frodsham. Lead a team of care staff, deliver high-quality care, and use the Nourish platform to implement personalized care plans. The role requires care experience and strong communication within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.

• Contribute to the planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring the highest standards.
• Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess:

• Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Proficiency in medication management.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.

• Pay: £13.70 per hour.
• Full-time or part-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
• 22, 33, 44 hours per week available
