Alderwood Care Home in Colchester is seeking a Senior Carer (Nights) to provide personal care to residents, including bathing, meals, and mobility. You will act as a key worker, building strong relationships with residents and families, and contribute to electronic care plans while supporting a friendly, supportive team.
The role requires undertaking night duties with weekend rotation as needed, and you'll participate in formal supervision of junior staff.
