Job summary

Beechwood Grove is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our Eastbourne-based care home. You will lead a team, assist with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks, and administer medications in line with guidelines.

We offer 42 hours per week on night shifts, with a pay rate of £14.30 per hour. You will update care plans, maintain records, and deliver exceptional person-centred care to residents, supporting families as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Trained in medication administration.

Responsibilities
