Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Bedlington to support residents with daily needs and wellbeing. You will guide and support the wider care team in a night-shift role.

We welcome focused, compassionate candidates with senior care experience and the ability to work weekends. Training is provided, and a welcome bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a senior level within a care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2 willing to work towards Level 3.
• Compassionate and person-centred approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• UK Right to Work in full (no visa sponsorship).

Role: Senior Care Assistant

Location: Bedlington

Rate: £14.65 per hour

Shifts: Nights (8-8)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a welcoming care home in Northumberland.

You’ll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs and wellbeing, while providing guidance and support to the wider care team.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience working in a senior care role who is compassionate, reliable and confident taking on responsibility.

We have full or part-time roles available – nights only.

About You:
