Evermore Care Limited is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant at Astley View Care Home in Chorley, Lancashire. You will lead a night shift, mentor Care Assistants, administer medications, and ensure safe, person-centred care for residents, including dementia.
We offer a £1,000 welcome bonus, £15.00 per hour with overtime at £16.50, and a consistent full-time rota. Right to Work in the UK for at least 18 months is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Working alongside the management team, you'll lead by example, mentor Care Assistants, administer medication, support care planning, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout every shift.

About the Role:
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key leadership role within the home, supporting and guiding our Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care throughout the night. You'll lead by example, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and dignified support while maintaining the high standards Evermore Care is known for.
You'll be responsible for administering medication, monitoring residents' wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in their needs, and updating care documentation as required. Working closely with the wider management team and healthcare professionals, you'll help create a positive environment where residents can thrive and team members feel supported to deliver their very best.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant who is passionate about dementia and elderly care and is looking to further develop their leadership skills within a modern, award-winning care home.
