Job summary

Evermore Care Limited is seeking compassionate Night Care Assistants to join Ashton Manor in Lancaster. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern care home, with a two-week rota and full-time hours from 8am to 8pm on site.

You will support residents with personal care, engage with families, and work as part of a dedicated team. Experience in dementia or residential care is preferred, and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dementia or residential care settings.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
• Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care.

Night Care Assistant

Location:Ashton Manor Care Home, Lancaster, Lancashire
Salary: £13.45 per hour withovertime paid at £14.95per hour
Hours:Full-time, 38.5hours a week, 8am - 8pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

To ensure consistency in our care delivery, applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from their agreedstart date.
